有机磷农药广谱活性降解菌的分离及其生理特性研究

【摘要】 从污泥中分离筛选到1株以共代谢方式可广谱降解有机磷农药的芽孢杆菌,初步鉴定为地衣芽孢杆菌(B.licheniformis)。该菌对农药甲胺磷、敌敌畏、对硫磷的最高耐受浓度分别为:3500,500,300mg/L。在30°C,100r/min培养条件下,72h内对500mg/L甲胺磷、200mg/L敌敌畏、100mg/L对硫磷的降解率分别为75.8%,50.3%和25.4%。降解酶(或酶系)可诱导产生,外加易利用的碳源影响其降解活性。

【Abstract】 This article describes a strain which degrades organophosphorous insecticides by the way of cometabolism.It was isolated from the sludges and identified as B.licheniformis. The highest enduration concentrations of the bacterium to methamidophos,dichlorvos and parathion were 3 500,500,300 mg/L respectively.In the culture conditions of 30 C and 100 r/min,whithin 72 hours,the rates of its biodegradation to methamidophos,dichlorvos and parathion were 758%,503% and 254% respectively.Degrading enzyms(or enzyms system)were induced by pesticides.Its biodegrability is effected by additional carbon source contained in the medium
