【摘要】 以南通小方柿（ＤｉｏｓｐｒｕｓｋａｋｉＬｉｎｎ．ｃｖ．Ｎａｎｔｏｎｇｘｉａｏｆａｎｇｓｈｉ，以下简称小方柿）为试材，并以大方柿、朱砂红作对照，对小方柿的树体特征以及某些生理生化特性进行了分析。结果表明，小方柿的树高、冠径、新梢长度、粗长比以及节间长度均显著地小于同龄大方柿和朱砂红；小方柿的枝皮率和叶片栅栏组织与海绵组织之比高于其他两品种，表现出明显的矮生树结构特性；茎尖及叶片的过氧化物酶（ＰＯＸ）活性与树体生长势呈显著的负相关；内源生长素（ＩＡＡ）、赤霉素（ＧＡ１＋３）与树高呈显著的正相关；内源脱落酸（ＡＢＡ）与树高呈显著的负相关，其中以果实成熟期叶片ＡＢＡ含量与树高相关程度最显著（ｒ＝－０．９６９７＊＊）。更多还原

【Abstract】 Analyses were conducted in respect of tree characteristics and certain physiological and biochemical properties of the experimental material Nantongxiaofangshi,using Dafangshi and Zhushahong as check types.The experimental results indicated that the tree height,crown diameter,shoot and internode length of Xiaofangshi were significantly shorter and the ratio between diameter and length of shoot of Xiaofangshi was lower than those of the check types with the same age;the bark percentage in relation to the thickness of shoot and the ratio between palisade and spongy tissue of Xiaofangshi were higher than those of Dafangshi and Zhushahong persimmons,representing apparently the structural characteristics of dwarf tree;the shoot tip and leaf activity as well as the tree height were found to be significantly in negative correlation with the tree vigor;the endogenous IAA,the gibberellin acids GA1+3 to be in significant positive correlation with tree height;the endogenous ABA to )be correlated with tree height negatively with significance.Among these,the ABA content in leaves at fruit maturation stage kept the most significant negative correlation with the tree height(r=-0969 7更多还原
