条斑紫菜的光合作用及其主要影响因素

【摘要】 对3 种不同株系丝状体和同一紫菜养殖群落不同植株的光合作用进行了比较, 并研究了光、温、溶解无机碳(dissolved inorganic carbon, DIC) 浓度对紫菜叶状体光合作用的影响。结果表明: 紫菜叶状体在15 °C时的光补偿点约为70 μm ol/ (m 2 ·s), 光饱和点为250 μm ol/ (m 2·s); 而20 °C时光补偿点约为180 μm ol/ (m 2·s), 光饱和点在750 μm ol/(m 2 ·s) 附近。25~30 °C, DIC为10 m m ol/L时叶状体的光合速率最高。不同株系丝状体及同一紫菜养殖群落不同品种藻株间的光合速率均存在显著差异。耐高温株系 (HB) 在较高温度范围中光合速率比较稳定, 而不耐高温株系 (HA) 则变化较大, 故有可能以此作为选择耐高温性良种的生理指标。

【Abstract】 The photosynthesis of three kinds of conchocelis lines and the different thalli from the cultivated community of Porphyra yezoensis under different light intensity,temperature and the dissolved inorganic carbon(DIC) were studied.The results showed that at 15 °C ,the light compensation point of thalli was about 70 μmol/(m 2·s),and light saturation point was about 250 μmol/(m 2·s);where as at 20 °C ,the light compensation point and light saturation point was about 180 μmol/(m 2·s)and 750 μmol/(m 2·s)respectively.The highest photosynthetic rate of thalli was at about 25~30 °C when DIC concentration was 10 mmol/L.There was significant difference of photosynthetic rate among different conchocelis lines and different thalli in the same cultivated community ofPorphyra yezoensis.The photosynthetic rate of the conchocelis line(HB) of resisting high temperature kept steady and also would increase slightly as the temperature increased,while that of the conchocelis line(HA) which was not tolerant to high temperature would be varied.This indicated that the photosynthetic rate maybe the physiological criterion of selecting the Porphyra strains resisting to high temperature.
