圆柱壳大开孔补强圈补强的极限分析

【摘要】 对圆筒形薄壁容器开孔率大于0.5时采用补强圈补强之后的结构进行了极限分析。用两倍弹性斜率法、双切线法分别确定了内压作用下该补强结构的极限载荷,同时,由爆破试验得出其爆破压力并与无补强圈补强的结构进行了比较。结果表明,所研究的薄壁容器(d/D≥0.5)的补强圈补强结构,无论是筒体还是接管,其横向对称面上的极限载荷均大于纵向对称面上的极限载荷。结果还表明,补强圈补强结构有效地提高了圆柱壳大开孔结构的极限载荷值及爆破压力,具有明显的补强效果

【Abstract】 An experimental study method to determine the limit load of the cylindrical shells with large opening( d/D ≥0.5)reinforced by pad by twice elastic slope method and two tangent method is presented At the same time,the burst load and failure location is obtained.The test results indicate,as to the thin walled vessel( d/D ≥0.5)reinforced by pad,the limit load in transverse section is larger than the limit load in longitudinal section and the limit load on nozzle is smaller than one on cylinder.It can be concluded that the longitudinal section on nozzle is the failure location.The structure of pad reinforcement improves effectively the limit load and burst load of the vessel.Pad reinforcement is an effective reinforcement approach.Generally,two tangent method obtains the limit load is greater than two elastic slope method.
