不同类型的二元复合阻垢剂的阻垢性能

【摘要】 用鼓泡法研究了 H D T M P(己二胺四甲叉膦酸) H E D P(羟基乙叉二膦酸)、 H D T M P M A/ A A(马来酸丙烯酸共聚物)以及 H D T M P H M P(六偏磷酸钠)3 种类型二元复合阻垢剂的阻垢性能,并在总浓度相同的情况下,与单一阻垢剂的阻垢性能进行了比较。结果发现:这 3 种不同类型的复合阻垢剂有着共同的特征:(1)组分阻垢剂 H D T M P在上述 3 种复合阻垢剂中是主阻垢剂;(2)在相同的总浓度下,二元复合阻垢剂的阻垢性能在相当大的浓度范围内大体上呈加和效应且在整个试验浓度范围内大体上低于主阻垢剂的阻垢性能;(3)与复合缓蚀剂的协同效应相比,上述 3 种类型的二元复合阻垢剂阻垢性能的协同效应不如典型的二元复合缓蚀剂缓蚀性能的协同效应那么明显。

【Abstract】 The scale inhibition of three binary scale inhibitor blends HDTMP (1, 6 Hexanediamine tetramethylenephosphonic acid) HEDP (1 Hydroxyethylidene 1,1 diphosphonic acid), HDTMP MA/AA (Maleic anhydride/acrylic acid copolymer) and HDTMP HMP (Sodium hexametaphosphate) was studied by bubble method. It was found that three binary scale inhibitor blends have the same properties: (1)HDTMP is the main scale inhibitor in each of the three binary scale inhibitor blends studied; (2)The scale inhibition ability of these binary scale inhibitor blends is almost inferior to the main scale inhibitor (HDTMP) at the same concentration, and almost shows the additive effect; (3) The synergistic effect of these binary scale inhibitor blends is not very notable.
