【摘要】 研究了在控制条件下,PCNB 在土壤中的降解规律及影响因素。结果表明,土壤中PCNB 降解符合一级反应动力学关系。土壤中微生物对PCNB 降解过程有强化作用, 使未灭菌土壤中PCNB 降解反应表观活化能降低,反映了生物降解的特点;在4 ℃~30 ℃范围内,随着温度升高对微生物激活作用的增强,从而使PCNB 降解速率加快。

【Abstract】 Results of studies via laboratory on the residual kinetics and the factors affecting the degradation of PCNB in soil were presented in this paper. The results showed that the degradation of PCNB obeyed the first order dynamics. Concentration of PCNB in soil was lost through biodegradation, and activate energy of biodegradation reaction for PCNB in soil was lower than sterilized soil, which revealed the specific property for biodegradation. Higher temperature within the range of 4~30℃ accelerated the degradation due to the activation of microbial enzyme at high temperature.
