管状陶瓷微滤膜制备研究
Study on Preparation of Tubular Ceramic Microfiltration Membranes
【摘要】 采用浸涂法研制出圆管状α-Al2O3陶瓷微滤膜,并通过扫描电镜、压汞仪、流体渗透通量测定等手段对膜结构及性能进行表征探讨了悬浮浆料的性质、制膜工艺条件对膜性能及结构的影响制备的陶瓷微滤膜表层膜厚度约为50μm,平均孔径为045μm,孔隙率为42%,水通量为65×10-2L/(m2·h·Pa)其孔径分布窄,结构均匀无缺陷,机械性能良好,可满足工业化微滤过程的要求
【Abstract】 Tubular α-Al 2O 3 ceramic membrane for microfiltration is prepared by a dip-coating method.The structure and characteristics of the membrane are determined by SEM, mercury porosimetry and permeability measurement.The properties of the stable suspension and the conditions of preparation of the membrane are discussed.The top layer with about 50 μm thickness,an average pore diameter of 0.45 μm and a porosity of 42%,has a water permeability of 6.5×10 -2 L/(m 2·h·Pa).It has a narrow pore distribution and good strength without crack forming.
