p区元素“惰对效应”的电位判据(Ⅰ)
AN ELECTRODE-POTENTIALS CRITERION FOR "INERT ELECTRON-PAIRS EFFECT" IN p RANGE ELEMENES (Ⅰ)
【摘要】 对p 区元素进行了普查,提出了用同一元素s 轨道与p 轨道标准还原电位的差值来量度“惰对效应”,当△E°s- p > 0-7 V 时,可作为+ ( q- 2) 价元素具有“惰对效应”的判据。由强到弱的顺序为:Tl+1(1-60) 、Pb+2(1-58) 、Bi+ 3( > 1-48) 、Po+ 4(0-80) 。
【Abstract】 This paper proposes a concept for standard reduction electrode-potentials of the orbitals. By using the electrade-potential differece of s and p orbital of same element, “Inert Electron-Pair Effect” can be measured.
