【Abstract】 The Chromatin of the interphase nucleus condenses into chromosomelike structures by fusion of a mitotic cell with a cell in interphase.This technique is called premature Chromosome condencation （PCC）.The PCC of Hep₂ cell is studied in this paper. The results showed:favorable conditions of cell fusion include high pH of the medium and the application of polyethynene Glyol（PEG）.The PC chromosome include:G 1,S.G 2 PC chromosomes.更多还原
