【摘要】 实验观察家兔完整皮肤及破损皮肤短期和长期接触无敌止痛搽剂,经皮肤渗透对局部及全身产生的毒性反应和恢复程度。急性毒性实验表明:无敌止痛搽剂在高、低(9ml/日、3ml/日)两剂量下,连续外用15天,未见明显毒性反应。未观察到该搽剂对家兔的血象、血生化、组织学有明显影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 The transdermal toxictities of Wudi relieve pain liquid were studied. The acute toxicity study showed that Wudi relieve pain liquid did not produce any acute toxicity reaction at the dose of (9ml/day, 3ml/day) by external use on intact rabbit skin and damaged rabbit skin.The chronic transdermal toxicity study showed that external using the does of 9ml/day, 3ml/day to the intact, damaged rabbit skin on 15 consecutive days respectively, neither adverse effect were found in general physical sing, blood test, liver and kidney function tests, nor obvious toxicities produced in histopathological examination of important organs. These results indicated that the Wudi relieving pain liquid did not produce any toxicity to body during the short, long- term administraiton.更多还原
