生物质型焦的显微结构与反应性
RESEARCH ON THE MICROSTRUCTURE AND REACTIVITY OF BIOMASS FORMED COKE
【摘要】 研究了烟煤种类和生物质添加量对型焦的光学显微组织、气孔孔径分布与二氧化碳的反应性以及反应前后显微强度的影响.结果表明:随着烟煤变质程度的提高,型焦的光学各向异性增强,反应性降低,反应后强度降低较少;随着生物质配入量的增大,型焦内0.01 μm ~1 μm 气孔增多,反应性增大,反应前后显微强度均明显降低,而反应前后结构强度略有降低.
【Abstract】 The effect of biomass content and the rank of bituminous coal on the optical textures, distribution of pore diameter, reactivity and micro strength of formed coke were researched. The experiment results show that as coal rank increases the degree of anisotropy of formed coke increases and the reactivity decreases. With the increase of biomass content, the vo lume of pore of 0 01 μm~1 μm in diameter and the reactivity of formed coke increase. When strongly caking coal is used as additive, the formed coke is of strong anisotropy, high strength and low porosity and reactivity.\;
