CuCo基催化剂中碱及氧化物助剂的作用
EFFECT OF ALKALI AND OTHER OXIDATES PROMOTERS ON HIGHER ALCOHOL SYNTHESIS
【摘要】 综述了几种助剂对合成低碳醇CuCo 基催化剂性能的影响. 碱金属(K) 的存在是必要的, 它可以提高产物中低碳醇 (特别是支链醇) 的选择性和收率; 稀土氧化物的引入有利于提高催化剂的热稳定性; ZnAl氧化物助剂的作用主要体现在对催化剂比表面和稳定性的影响; ZrO2是一种新兴的催化剂助剂, 对甲醇合成有直接影响.
【Abstract】 The present review discussed the effects of several types of promoters on CuCo based catalysts for higher alcohol synthesis. K is necessary for higher alcohol synthesis because it can increase the selectivity and yield of higher alcohol. Rare earth oxidates make the catalysts more stable while ZnO,Al 2O 3 enlarge surface of catalysts. ZrO 2 is promising for improving catalysts activity as a new type of promoter.\;
