CO2活化对含铁沥青基炭球中孔形成的影响

【摘要】 研究了含铁沥青基炭球在CO2中的活化反应,结果表明,在900℃下含铁沥青基炭球在CO2中的活化反应速度比水蒸气中的活化反应速度慢.在活化收率相近的情况下,经CO2活化所得的沥青基球状活性炭比水蒸气活化所得的沥青基球状活性炭中孔比例高.随CO2活化时间的延长,所得沥青基球状活性炭的中孔孔径变大.高温短时间的CO2活化更有利于所得沥青基球状活性炭中孔比例的提高.

【Abstract】 In this study,the CO2 activation of pitch--based carbon spheres containing ironwas preliminary investigated. The results showed that rate of CO2 activation was slower than thatof H2O activation at the same activation temperature (900 ℃ ). Under the circumstance that theburn--off was similar, pitch--based spherical activated carbon obtained from CO2 activation hadmuch more mesopore than that obtained from H2O activation. CO2 activation at higher temperature with shorter time had advantage to increasing the ratio of mesopore in the resultant pitchbased spherical activated carbon.
