【摘要】 目的：探讨安全、简易、除脂彻底的吸脂术。方法：按体重及皮肤的松弛度、吸脂范围大小估计总液体量及各配方药量。将所配膨胀液快速注入吸脂区皮下，用普通吸脂器将已膨胀碎裂的脂肪吸出。结果：本组38例均达到吸脂减肥彻底、术后恢复良好的效果。达到最大量的灌注、最少量的出血、最彻底的吸脂。结论：恰当的膨胀液配方及灌注量的掌握，是吸脂术达到最佳效果的保障。更多还原
