【摘要】 目的：探讨手部深度烧伤后实施切削痂植皮手术的时间与预后的关系。方法：总结66例107只手，分别于伤后1天～3天、4天～7天切削痂植皮，及自然脱痂后肉芽创面值皮的病例。结果：术后6个月～2年随访观察，伤后1天～3天切削痂植皮者，手部功能形态恢复满意；伤后4天～7天施术者，功能形态恢复欠佳；自然脱痂植皮者后遗畸形严重。结论：手部深度烧伤后尽早行切削痂植皮术，可最大限度恢复手的功能及形态。更多还原

【Abstract】 objective: To investigate the relationship between early or late of operation and postoperational effect. Methods:The treatment of 107 deeply burned hands of 66 patients were surnmarizd. They were separated three groups, and were ap-plyed escharectomy with skin grafting or super-thin skin flap repairing. Results: The hands’ function and appearance are betterin postoperation in 1- 3 days after burnlng than 4- 7days. Conclusion: The restituation of hands’ function and appearance arebetter if the operation have be done earlier.更多还原
