【摘要】 目的：寻找对重度Romberg’s综合征的有效治疗方法。方法：对3例该综合征患者选用了吻合血管的游离脐旁肌皮瓣和背阔肌肌皮瓣移植进行治疗。结果：3例肌肤辩移植全部成活,效果满意。结论：采用该法治疗Romberg’s综合征,术后面部两侧对称自然,避免了移植重力下垂的弊端。更多还原

【Abstract】 To research an effective therapy for the serious Romberg’s syndrome. Methods: We selected the free vascularized parumbilical skin flap or free vascularized latlissimus dorsi musculocutaneous flap as grafts to treat 3 patients with these disease. Result:3 cases musculocutaneous flap are all alive and the effect satisfactory. Conclusion: Applying this method to treat serious Romberg’s syndrome, we found the patients physiology are nature and symmetrical in the postoperation, and the droop or grafts are also avoided.更多还原
