【摘要】 目的建立人类脂肪组织移植实验的动物模型，并对几种不同的脂肪移植方式进行比较和评价。方法我们引用Balb／C（nu／nu）裸鼠建立了人类脂肪组织移植实验的动物模型并将成人的脂肪小叶、真皮脂肪块和脂肪微粒分别移植于14只裸鼠背部的肉膜下，间隔5天到4个月取样进行组织学和组织化学检查。结果脂肪小叶移植后具有最好的组织学结果和体积的维持。结论裸鼠是研究人类游离脂肪移植的有效工具。对三种游离脂肪移植方式的比较研究显示出以脂肪小叶为单位进行移植的优越性，在一定程度上证实了体积／面积比率和损伤因素对游离脂肪存活的重要意义.更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Set up experimental animal model for human adipose tissue transplantation study and evaluate the survival efficiency and histologi cal differences among several fat grafting manners. Method We transplsnted adult human adipose tissues in different manners into 14 nude mice subcutaneously and made biopsies at intervals of 5 days to 4 months.Result Compared with dermal －fat grafts and microparl fat injections,the fat lobule transplants yield the best volume maintenance and histological re sults.Conclusion We considered taht it is the proper volume/surface ratio and integrated capillary networks of the fat lobule that is harvested atraumat ically that make the difference; and that the nude mouse can act as a feasible experimental model for the study of bhuman adipose tissue autotransplanta tion.更多还原
