【Abstract】 The paper presents a selfadaptive smith preestimation control scheme for timedelay system. Smith predictor makes up of identificable parameter using RVFF(Recursive Variable Forgetting Factor Method) on line. FNNC (Fuzzy Neural Network Controller) is used as system controller.
