【Abstract】 The development and applications of zeolite membranes were reviewed, and the methods of preparation, modification and characterization of zeolite ZSM-5 membrane were summarized. Membranes were usually prepared by in-situ hydrothermal synthesis. Chemical vapor diposition (CVD), sol-gel and post-synthetic coking treatment were employed to modify defects in membranes.
