【摘要】 介绍了一种板料渐进弯曲成形的方法及其设备，并运用有限元法对板料的渐进弯曲成形过程进行了较为全面的研究，主要分析了渐进弯曲过程中的回弹问题。以模切板刀片的渐进弯曲成形为例，分别建立了外环转角与板料弯曲角度、板料弯曲回弹角度的关系。通过控制弯曲成形过程中不同的工艺参数，对渐进弯曲成形过程进行了有限元仿真。更多还原

【Abstract】 A gradual bending forming process of sheet metal and the related equipment are introduced in this paper,and the gradual bending forming process is numerically studied using finite element method.The springback in the bending process is mainly investigated,taking the blades of templates as examples,the relationships of the angular angle of the external ring to the bending angle and bending springback angle of sheet metal are established.Finally,the gradual bending forming process is simulated for different process parameters.更多还原
