内燃机润滑油流变性能的研究

【摘要】 利用HAAKEROTOVISCO RV20 型流变仪测试了6 种CD级柴油机油和5 种SE级汽油机油的粘温曲线,确定了它们在Vogel和Walther-ASTM 模型下的粘温关系. 研究结果表明:多级油的粘温性能优于单级油;在剪应变率小于6 000 s- 1、温度低于100 ℃的范围内,多级油并未表现出非牛顿特性.

【Abstract】 The visco temperature performance of six CD grade diesel engine oils and five SE grade gasoline engine oils was investigated with HAAKE ROTOVISCO RV20 rheological instrument. The visco temperature expressions based on Vogel and Walther models were determined. The results show that multi grade oil has better visco temperature performance than single grade oil. The results have also demonstrated that the non Newtonian performance of multi grade engine oil is not observable at a shear strain rate less than 6 000 s -1 and below the temperature of 100 ℃.
