铁含量对铜-铁基摩擦材料性能的影响

【摘要】 研究了 Cu Fe 基粉末冶金摩擦材料中 Fe 和 Cu 含量变化对材料机械及摩擦磨损性能的影响.结果表明:随 Fe 含量增加( Cu 含量相应减少),材料的抗弯强度、抗压强度及硬度逐渐增大; Fe 质量分数为 20% 时材料的摩擦系数高且平稳,磨损则较低

【Abstract】 The effect of iron concentration on the physical and mechanical properties as well as friction and wear characteristics of Cu Fe based P/M friction materials has been studied.The results show that the hardness, compressive strength and bending strength of the material gradually increased with the increase of iron concentration (Cu concentration decreased relatively ) when all other compositions as well as their concentrations were kept constant. It has also been found that the material containing 20% Fe possesses excellent comprehensive properties such as high and stable coefficient of friction ( μ ) and moderate wear rate.
