【摘要】 目的　探讨筛动脉在筛窦手术中的意义。方法　利用显微解剖学技术对５０ 个颅骨和３０ 个成人尸头的筛孔、筛管及筛动脉进行观察和测量。结果　筛孔可出现单孔、双孔、三孔、四孔。Ｄａｃｒｙ－ｏｎ 点至筛前、后孔及视神经管眶口的距离分别为１７．０８ｍ ｍ ，３０．２２ｍ ｍ ，３６．２１ｍ ｍ 。筛管可分为隐蔽、隆凸、悬吊三型。结论　在筛窦手术或视神经管减压术中，正确寻找和处理筛动脉具有重要意义更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the significance of ethmoidal artery in operation of ethmoidal sinus.Method Using microanatomic method,The ethmoidal foramen,canal and artery were observed and measured on 50 adult skulls and 30 cadaveric heads.Result The ethmoidal foramia could be single,double,three or four.The distance from decryon point to the anterior ethmoidal foramen,to the posterior ethmoidal foramen and to the orbital orifice of optic canal were 17.08±1.94mm,30.22±2.19mm and 36.21±2.26mm respectively.There were three relationships between ethmoidal canals and ethmoidal roof,hidden type,protuberance type and suspend type.Conclusion It was important to find ethmoidal artery in operation of ethmoidal sinus and optic canal decompression.更多还原
