气相色谱氢焰检测法测定水中微量氯仿

【摘要】 采用气相色谱法,以聚乙二醇为固定液,戊烷作萃取溶剂,进行了用氢焰检测器(FID)测定水中微量氯仿的实验研究.该法预处理回收率在95%以上,线性范围为0~446μg/L,最低检出浓度50.0μg/L.在无电子捕获检测器(ECD)时,可用于水中微量氯仿的测定.

【Abstract】 A new gas chromatographic method for determining trace chloroform in water is established. The analytical procedures are as follows: estraction with pentane, separation with polythyleneglycol column chromatography and determination by FID. The extraction yield is above 95%. Linear range of the method is 0 446 μg/L with a detection limit of 50.0 μg/L. This method can be applied to determine chloroform in water with Gas Chromatography in the absence of ECD.
