石油化工综合污水脱氮的研究

【摘要】 采用SBR工艺研究了某石化污水中所含物质对脱氮全过程的影响.结果表明,表面活性物质的存在阻碍了氧在气液两相间的传质;石化有机物的存在大大抑制了硝化、反硝化反应.污水中COD为300mg/1左右,对脱氮各阶段的抑制比率都超过50%.

【Abstract】 The effect of substances contained in petrochemical wastewater on the removal ofnitrogenous compounds has been studied by using SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor) process.The results showed that the organic in wastewater inhibit nitrification and denitrification.When COD is equal to 300 mg/l, inhibitory ratio is more than 50% ; The surfactants in thewastewater retarded oxygen transfer between air and water, which will reduce the efficiencyof aerobic biological treatment.
