【摘要】 目的 探讨老年人抑郁症的临床特点,以助早期诊断。方法 对52例老年期抑郁症患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 老年抑郁症的症状与其他年龄组有所不同,多表现为植物神经症状和认知功能障碍,以及一些如假性痴呆和偏执状态等不典型表现。结论 应用《老年抑郁量表》可进行筛选测试,《Hamilton抑郁量表》可评定该病6周内的病情严重程度、左洛复、百忧解是新型的抗抑郁药物,现已成为治疗该病的常用药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinic characteristic of the elderly with depression and to help its early diagnosis.Methods The clinic data of 52 old patients with depression was analysed retrospectively in this study.Results Compared with other groups,the prevalence rate of neurovegetative symptoms and cognition defec-tive increased in elderly patients. Some patients have the symptoms of pseudo-dementia and obstinate state and so on. Conclusions <<The olderly depression list>>can be used for screening.<<Hamilton depression form>>can eval-uate the degree of seriousness of the disease.更多还原
