【摘要】 目的 观察金钠多治疗老年脑梗塞的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理。方法 采用金钠多治疗,分别观察其临床疗效和红细胞变形性。结果 结果显示:金钠多的总有效率为91.7％。红细胞变形性明显升高,临床有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论 表明金钠多可通过改善红细胞变形性,实现微循环的有效灌注、及抗自由基损伤,这是它治疗脑梗塞的又一重要机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic effect of Cinaton(ECb761)in treating elderly cerebral infarction and its mechanism.Methods Clinical study using Ginaton Injection (36 Patients).we observed the effects on patients and measured the erythrocyte deformability (ED).Results Chinical study showed that the total effective rate of Cinaton was 91.7%,ED were increased and significant difference incomparison with pre-treatment (P<0.05).Conclusions:Ginaton could improve the cerebral blood flow and scavenge oxygen free radical by amelioraling ED,which is an important mechanism for treatment of elderly cerebral infarction.更多还原
