【摘要】 目的 为了解血清CRP在老年呼吸系统感染中的意义。方法 采用免疫比浊法测定老年呼吸系统感染患者治疗前后的血清CRP水平。结果 治疗前CRP水平(45.22±30.05mg/L)明显高于治疗后(7.65±3.24mg/LP<0.01),且其阳性率(87.5％)远大于常规指标。结论 血清CRP水平是一种反应老年呼吸系统感染的敏感而可靠的指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Abstract] Objective To investigate the value of C-reactive Protein(CRP)in respiratory infec-tion of the elderly patients.Methods To measure the serum CRP levels of elderly patients with respiratory infection at the beginning and after the recovery.Results CRP level at the beginning of illness (45.22±30.05mg/L)is significantly higher than that at the recovery (7.65±3.24mg/l),and the positive rate of CRP (>10mg/L)is remarkably higher than those of routine paremeters.Conclusion The serum level of CRP can be regarded as a sensitivity index for diagnosis of elderly respiratory infection.更多还原
