不同引流方法的尿液检查分析

【摘要】 目的 探讨不同尿液引流方法引起菌尿症的机率。方法 通过对留置尿管持续引流 (A)组、留置尿管后膀胱冲洗 (B)组、膀胱造瘘持续引流 (C)组和膀胱造瘘后膀胱冲洗 (D)组患者尿液在即刻、第 3、7、1 0、1 4天分别取样行细菌培养。结果 A、B、C、D组置管后 7天菌尿发生率分别为 35 %、45 %、1 0 %和 1 5 %。A组与B组 ,C组与D组相比较 ,均无显著性差异 ,(A +B)组和 (C +D)组比较 ,(C +D)组菌尿发生率明显低于 (A +B)组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 留置引流管期间膀胱冲洗并不能降低菌尿的发生率 ,膀胱造瘘较留置尿管引流尿液菌尿发生率低。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the appearance rate of bacteria with different draining methods. Methods The urine samples of patients were separately collected from four groups, which were continuous catheter draining group(A), Catheter bladder washing group(B), continuous draining cystostomy group(C) and cystostomy bladderwashing group(D). The urine samples were taken to do bacteria culture, sensitive drug test and examination at that time and in 3rd,7th,10th,14th days. Results The appearance rate of bacteria of Group A was a little lower than that of Group B, that of Group C was a little lower than that of Group D, but no statitical significance. In the seventh day, bacteria rate of the A,B,C,D groups was 35%, 45%, 10% and 15% separately . The bacteria in cystostomy group (C+D) was obviously fewer than that in catheter group (A+B)(P<0.05). Conclusion Washing bladder during catheterization or cystostomy does not reduce the rate of bacteria .the drug fast bacteria in urine should be paid attention to.
