【摘要】 目的　探讨静脉应用镁盐对急性心肌梗塞 (AMI)时心律失常的作用。方法　应用硫酸镁治疗AMI 6 4例 ,与对照组比较 ,心电图连续监测心律失常变化。结果　硫酸镁组心律失常发生率明显下降 ,与对照组比较差异显著 (P <0 0 1)。结论　静脉应用硫酸镁可明显降低AMI时心律失常的发生率。其机理与血清中镁离子浓度迅速增加有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research the effect of intravenous magnesium sulfate on arrhythmias in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods 124 patients with AMI were studied, of whom 64 patients took magnesium sulfate.The electrocardiogaphic monitor was given continuously in all patients.The frequency of arrhythmias was compared between patients with AMI with magnesium and without it.Results The frequency of arrhythmias in patients with magnesium was significantly decreased as compared with patients without magnesium(P<0 01).Conclusion Intravenous magnesium administration decreases significantly the frequency of arrhythmias in patients with AMI,which is related to the acute elevation of serum magnesium concentration.更多还原
