【摘要】 目的：提高对结肠嗜酸性细胞肉芽肿影像学表现的认识。材料和方法：选择经手术和病理证实7例并有B超、双重造影和CT扫描检查资料完整的病例，回顾分析B超、双重造影和CT等表现。结果：B超检查的7例中，3例表现为均匀性回声增强实质性肿块，2例为不规则形混合回声块影；结肠双重造影有4例显示腔内充盈缺损并管腔狭窄，2例粘膜破坏，2例显示多病灶跳跃性病变；CT扫描中5例显示出病变，2例增强扫描后，见轻度强化。上述各项检查无1例诊断本病。结论：本病的影像学检查手段应以双重造影为主，B超和CT扫描为辅，如密切结合临床和实验室检查完全有可能提高其诊断率，但最后确诊仍需经结肠镜活俭或手术后病理证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyse the imaging features of colon eosinphilic granuloma .Materials and Methods: 7 cases being of impactexamination results with B - mode ultrasound, double contrast radiography and CT scan were comfirmed at surgery and patho - histology .Toanalyse retrospectively the features by B - mode ultrasound, double - contrast method for the roentgen examination and CT scan .Results:B - ultrasound shows in 3 of 7 cases homogeneous hyper - echoic solid mass, 2 of which inhomogeneous mixture - echoic mass. Throughcolon double - contrast radiography, of 7 cases, 4 show filling defect and stenosis, 2 show destructive of mucoid memdrane, 2 show leap lesions. only 5 cases can be found being of lesions by CT scan, 2 of 5 cases being of enhancement lighty area after enhance contrast scan .Allthe above examinations can’t be as the diagnostic methods of this disease. Conclusion: Double - contrast radiography was the main examination method for this disease, B - mode ultrasound and CT scan are the second methods .To be combined with clinical manifestation and laboratory investigaion will markedly improve diagnostic accuracy .To establish a definitive diagnosis, it rests mainly upon colon - endoscopebiopsy and pathologic - histologic examination.更多还原
