【摘要】 应用高效液相色谱法，采用非极性键合硅胶固定相，以醋酸盐缓冲溶液为流动相，铜离子为反离子，在uv－240um下，测定了己二酸的纯度．考查了流动相中的甲醇含量、铜离子浓度和pH值的影响．已二酸回收率为97.29～102.30％，变异系数小于0．98％．该方法与气相色谱法相比，有样品不需预处理、分析速度快等优点．更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method has been developed for determination of adipic acid. The sample wasseparatcd in a Zorbax-ods column by using an HAc-NaAc buffer solution as mobile phase with detection at 240nm. The influence of the mobile phase composition,copper ion and pH value on the retention and detection sensitivity of solutes was investigated. The results have shown that the recoveriesfor adipic acid were 97. 29 % ～102. 3% and RSD were＜0. 98%. The advantages of this method in comparison with gas chromatography are that the sample needn’t be pretreated and analysis time is shorter.更多还原
