【Abstract】 Substitute market techniques(shadow price and cost-benefit methods)is adopted.Main environmental functions such as water protection,soil erosion control,sand fixed and wind protection,ecoturism,noise control of forest are evaluated.Annual forest envi- ronmental benefit in Liaoning reached 55.385 billion Yuan RMB,which accounts for 96% of total value of forests,direct economic benefit only accounts for 4%.更多还原
