【摘要】 目的对我院近20年老年妇女的住院情况作回顾性分析,为老年妇女疾病的诊治提供参考。方法根据病案记录统计20年共540例60岁以上妇科住院病例的年龄、患病种类、合并症、手术麻醉和康复等情况。结果住院例数后10年较前10年有较大幅度增加,老年妇女疾病中,肿瘤占第一位,其次为子宫脱垂,65%的病人合并有心电图异常。结论做好术前准备,提高手术技巧,加强抗感染及支持疗法是手术成功的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 A retrospective analysis was done on women patients in order to provide information about diagnosis and treatment of elderly women diseases for future practice in this Gynecology Department. Methods 540 over - 60 - year elderlg qemale patients case records were collected in this Hospital that had been hospitalized from 1977 to 1996. Their age, kinds of disease, complication, surgical operation and anethesia, and recovery condition were analysed. Results The number of hospitalized case in second 10 - year was increased markedly than in first 10- year. The tumors occupied the first place in incidence rate, followed by uterine prolapse. 65% patients had abnormal EKG. Conclusions A careful preoperative preparation, a skilled surgical technique, a powerful anti - infection measure, and enough supporting therapy are the keys for a successful operation.更多还原
