【摘要】 目的：探讨颈阔肌肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损的可行性。方法：回顾性总结1995～1996年间用颈阔肌肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损11例。结果：本组11例随访6月～1年，全部皮瓣成活，成功率100％，且效果满意。结论：颈阔肌肌皮瓣是修复口腔颌面部缺损行之有效的方法，手术简便，成功率高，值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the applicability of platysmamyocutaneous flap in repairing the oro-maxillofacial defects: Mathods: 11 Patients with various oro-maxillofacial region defects from 1995-1996. were studied retrospec-tively. The flap’s blood supply, design, indication and attention in operation were discussed. Results: The operative re-sults wele saisfactory. Conclusion: The platysmamyocutaneous flap for repairing oro-maxillofacial region’s defects is an effective method.更多还原
