下呼吸道感染病原菌的现况和耐药性监测

【摘要】 对我院1998年4月至1999年3月下呼吸道感染451株病原菌进行耐药性监测,为临床合理应用抗菌药物提供可靠依据。方法:389株细菌药敏检测采用琼脂二倍稀释法,62株假丝酵母菌采用ATB系统作药敏检测。结果:金葡菌、铜绿假单胞菌、克雷伯菌、假丝酵母菌和肠球菌是下呼吸道感染最常见的致病菌,所有细菌对临床常用药物均存在不同程度的耐药性。真菌已成为下呼吸道感染的重要病原菌。结论:应重视下呼吸道感致病菌的变化及耐药性监测,抗菌药物的选择应在体外细菌药敏实验指导下进行。

【Abstract】 To investigate the drug resistance of 451 pathogenic microbes isolated from patients with lowerrespiratory tract infections in a year range, which can guide physicians to use antimicrobial agents properly. MethodAgar dilution method and ATB system are used respectively to detect drug resistance of 389 bacteria and 62 fungi. Re-sults Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebstella, Candida, and Enterococcus are most common patho-genic microbes in lower respiratory tract infection. all bacteria are resistant to elinical antimicrobial agents to a certainextet. Fungus has become and important pathogenic microbe in respiratory tract infections. Conclustion Attention must bepaid to the variation and resistance of pathogenic microbes in order to choose choose correct antimicrobial agents under the guid-ance of antimicrobial susceptibility tests.
