【摘要】 目的：探讨急性炎症期与炎症后拔牙的临床区别。方法：将126例急性冠周炎患者随机分为两组，分别在急性炎症控制后拔除患牙及急性期拔除患牙，同期比较其并发症及疗效。结果：急性炎症期拔牙能够缩短炎症过程，术后反应轻，并发症无明显增加。结论：急性炎症期拔牙为治疗部分急性冠周炎的有效手段之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: Discuss the clinical difference of extraction of teeth at acute pericoronitis period and after theinflammation . Method: 126 patients with acute pericoronitis were randomized into two groups. In the experimentalgroup, the mandibular impacted molar was extracted at acute inflammation. While in control group it was after the acutepericoronitis was controlled. The comparison of their complications and effects were made concurrently and statistically.Result: Extraction of teeth at acute pericoronitis can shorten the course of inflammation. Reaction after operation is slightand complications have no obvious increase. Conclusion: Extraction of inpacted molar at acute inflammation was one ofthe fairly desirable methods for treatment of acute pericoronitis.更多还原
