Cu(Ⅰ)催化及相转移条件下末端烯(炔)丙基化偶联反应研究
STUDY ON ALLYLIC OR PROPARGYLIC COUPLING REACTION OF TERMINAL ALKYNE UNDER COPPER (Ⅰ)CATALYSIS AND PHASE TRANSFER CONDITION
【摘要】 目的:研究CU(Ⅰ)催化及相转移条件下,末端烯(炔)丙基化偶联反应。方法:通过Cu(Ⅰ)催化及相转移催化反应合成十四个目标化合物,并用XRC-1显微熔点仪,Abbe’折光仪,FI-IR170SX光谱法,Finnigan-MAT4510型CC/MS色谱法,FX-90Q1HNMR光谱法对目标化合物进行检测。结果:本文合成反应条件温和稳定,催化剂用量少,收率高,区域选择性好。结论:1,4-烯炔,1,4-二炔是合成国槐尺蠖昆虫信息素组份的主要砌块,本研究对实现国槐尺蠖昆虫信息素合成有重要意义。
【Abstract】 Objective : To study the allylic or propargylic coupling reaction of terminal alkyne under copper (Ⅰ)catalysis and Phase transfer condition. Methods: 14 destined compounds were synthesized by copper (Ⅰ) catalysis andPhase transfer catalytic reaction and were surveyed and appraised by meens of XRC -1 microscopic meting point meter ,Abbe refractometer, FI -IR170SX spectroscopy, Finingan - MAT4510 GC/MS chromatography , and FX - 90QHNMR spectroscopy . Results: The condition of synthetic reaction is soft and stable, dose of catalyst is minimal,proportion of reclaim superior, regioselectivity good. Conclusion: 1, 4 - Alkene or Alkyne 1, 4 - Diine are importantbuilding block for synthesizing Macaria Eiongaria Leech insect sex Pheromone. The new synthetic methodology has im-portant significance to achieve the synthesis of Macaria Eiongaria Leech Insect sex pheromone.
