【摘要】 对加工助剂 Ｄ Ｒ 在塑炼胶中及在 Ｎ Ｒ／ Ｂ Ｒ 并用胶中的应用进行了研究。试验结果表明，加工助剂 Ｄ Ｒ 可显著地降低塑炼胶的门尼粘度，对改善橡胶的加工特性有显著的效果，同时具有抗返原性，有助于降低能耗；对硫化胶物理性能影响不大，可以改善动态性能，是一种综合效果较好的加工助剂。更多还原

【Abstract】 The application of the processing aid DR to the mastication and mixing of rubber was investigated.The test results showed that the Mooney viscosity of masticated rubber decreased and the processibility of rubber compound improved significantly,and the energy consumption decreased;the physical properties of vulcanizate changed little;the dynamic properties and anti reversion improved;and DR was a processing aid with better comprehensive result.更多还原
