【摘要】 伤湿解痛喷涂剂系由红花、当归、冰片、细辛、防己等８味中药制成的外用制剂，治疗急性软组织损伤９５例，治愈５３例；显效２５例。总有效率为９３．７％。药效学实验显示，该制剂可明显提高小鼠足部接触热灼刺激的痛阈值（Ｐ＜０．０５），显著减少小鼠因醋酸刺激的扭体次数（Ｐ＜０．０１），对于二甲苯所致的小鼠耳廓肿胀具有显著抑制作用（Ｐ＜０．０５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 The wetness-evil relieving pain shadowing agentia is only used on the surface of human body.It contains Flos Carthami,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Herba Asari,Radix Stephaniae Tetrandrae and four other kinds of traditional Chinese medicines.95 cases with acute soft histiocytic injury were treated with the agentia,53 cases(accounting for 55.79%)were cured;25 cases(accounting for 26.3%) got marked effect;The total effective rate was 93.7%.The pharmacodynamical experiment showed that the agentia could greatly raises pain threshold of mice’s feet touching to hot stimulation( P <0.05),greatly decrease the torsions of mice stimulated by acetic acid( P <0.01) and have the marked depressing of the swelling of mice’s auricle caused by dimethylkenzene( P <0.05).更多还原
