【摘要】 探讨旋复代赭汤加味对化疗药 DDP所致胃肠道反应的机理。以家兔体表 EGG的改变和血中 5 - HT、5 - HIAA、MTL为指标 ,进行组内对照和组间对照研究。结果 ,预先投用旋复代赭汤加味能防治 DDP所引起的 EGG改变 ,同时使血中 5 - HT、5 - HIAA、MTL保持在正常水平。结论 ,该方对DDP所致胃肠道反应具有防治作用 ,其机制之一可能是通过抑制胃肠道粘膜细胞分泌 5 - HT、MTL实现的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the protecting effect of supplemented Inula-Ochrae Decoction(SIOD) on gastrointestinal(GI) tract reaction induced by chemotherapeutic drugs DDP.Methods:The change of EGG,5-HT,5-HIAA,MTL of blood were studied with group in control and group between control approach.Results:SIOD given in advance could prevent and treat the change of EGG,and make 5-HT,5-HIAA,MTL of blood keep the normal level.Conclusions:The prescription SIOD could prevent and treat GI tract reaction induced by DDP,and the machnism might be that it could inhibit the releasing of 5-HT.更多还原
