【摘要】 用正交试验法对灵芝（Ｇａｎｏｄｅｒｍ ａ ｌｕｃｉｄｕｍ ）富硒深层培养的发酵培养基进行了研究．考察了马铃薯、葡萄糖、蛋白胨、牛肉膏、磷酸二氢钾和硫酸镁等组分，用Ｌ２７（３１３）表安排六因素、三水平并根据交互作用设计了正交试验，对上面各因素的添加量分别实验，并进行方差分析，确定了最佳发酵培养基．实验结果表明：灵芝富硒深层培养的最佳发酵培养基应该是：３０％ 马铃薯，４％ 葡萄糖，０．５％ 蛋白胨，０．２％ 硫酸镁，０．１％ 磷酸二氢钾更多还原

【Abstract】 The fermented medium on accumulation Se in Ganoderma is studied by orthogonal design.The factors of potato,glucose,peptone,beef extraction,KH 2PO 4 and MgSO 4 are examined.The results show that the optimum medium is of 30% potato、4% glucose、0.5% peptone、0.1% KH 2PO 4 and 0.2% MgSO 4.更多还原
