【摘要】 通过对三倍体山杨试管苗移栽成活率进行的探讨表明,影响试管苗移栽成活率的关键因素是:①不同基质对成活率有影响,腐殖土效果最佳;②温室内的温湿度对成活率有影响,适宜的移栽温度为20 ～30 ℃,最高不超过35 ℃,最低不低于15 ℃。移栽后5d 内地温保持在22 ℃以上,湿度控制在80 % ～90 % 并有自然光照。每天需进行叶面喷雾2 次;③全年均可进行移苗,但以4 ～10 月移苗为佳,成活率可达85 % ～90 % 。虽然7 ～8 月气温高达30 ℃,成活率仍能达90 % 以上,而且生长迅速。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reveals the major factors that affect survival rate of test tube transplants of Populus tremula ×P.tremuloides[3n].The results show that culture medium,moisture,temperature in green house and transplanting time are the major factors.Among different media,humus is the best.The optimum air temperature for transplanting is 20～30℃,ranging from 15℃to 35℃.The field temperature should be kept above 22℃ and the moisture be at 80%to 90% by leaf spraying 5 days after transplanting.Transplanting may be conducted all the year round,but the result is best during April to October,the survival rate is 85%～90%.Although the temperature reaches 30℃ in July and Auguest,the survival rate is above 90% and transplants grow fast.更多还原
