金属氧化物催化合成顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯
Catalytic Synthesis of Di(2-Ethyl Hexyl) Maleate by Metal Oxide
【摘要】 对合成顺丁烯二酸二异辛酯进行了研究,其中包括从众多催化剂中确定SnO为反应催化剂,确定了反应的最佳条件,即催化剂用量为醇酐总重的1.5%,醇酐摩尔比为3∶1,反应时间2h,反应温度为回流温度。最后,在最佳反应条件下,顺丁烯二酸酐的转化率达99.8%。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the reaction of synthesizing di(2-ethyl hexyl) maleate from 2-ethyl hexanol and maleic anhydride was studied. SnO was founded having high catalytic activity by comparative experiments. The best reaction condition was determined, that is, the weight of catalyst was 3% of the overall weight of alcohol and anhydride, the molar ratio of alcohol with anhydride was 31 and the reaction time was 2h. At last 99.8% anhydride could be converted into product under this condition.
