影响高炉寿命的因素分析

【摘要】 在分析高炉寿命构成的基础上,对影响高炉寿命的因素及延长高炉寿命的措施进行了系统的分析和讨论,结果表明:采用板、壁结合的冷却器布置形式可以解决凸台冷却壁的冷却不足,并给出了延长炉缸炉底寿命的方法。

【Abstract】 Basing on the analysis of the furnace service life constitution, this paper presents a systematical analysis and discussion of factors under the influence of the blast furnace service life, including of the measures to be taken to prolong this life. The result shows the arrangement that is referred to as a cooling device consisting of plates together with the walls in combination can solve the inefficiency caused by the cooling wall built in the convex platform. In addition, the paper proposes a method to prolong the service life of the blast furnace cylinder and bottom.
