【Abstract】 Basing on the analysis of the furnace service life constitution, this paper presents a systematical analysis and discussion of factors under the influence of the blast furnace service life, including of the measures to be taken to prolong this life. The result shows the arrangement that is referred to as a cooling device consisting of plates together with the walls in combination can solve the inefficiency caused by the cooling wall built in the convex platform. In addition, the paper proposes a method to prolong the service life of the blast furnace cylinder and bottom.更多还原
