【Abstract】 Synthesis of γ (4,5 diphenyloxazol 2 yl) butyric acid was reported in this paper. As preparation reaction were carried out by pyridine catalyst, the overall yield of γ (4,5 diphenyloxazol 2 yl) butyric acid has increased by 17% as compared with references indication. Physical constants and spectroscopy data of the product. and intermediate was given. The optimum conditions for synthesis of the intermediate was studied.更多还原
