【Abstract】 Taken the tender stem of aloe as material, it was inoculated in four different culture medium after sterilization. After the first generation, the succeeding generation and root taking phrase, the regenerating phrase, the regenerating phants were cultured. The results shows that different medium had different effects on the differentiation rate, and the medium which consists of MS, 6BA 2 and NAA 0.2 had the best effects.更多还原
