【摘要】 本文采用分步控温结合种子乳液共聚的新方法合成了MMA/BA/AA/HEMA无皂乳液体系,并对其粒径、耐水性以及贮存稳定性进行了研究.实验结果表明,该方法合成的无皂体系不仅固含量较高,反应稳定性和贮存稳定性较好,而且具有优良的耐水性.

【Abstract】 Seed copolymerization cooperated with step temperature control has beensuccessfully applied to achieve stable soapless acrylate emulsion containing acrylic acid (AA)and β-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (HEMA) at high solid contents (45%). The characterization onthe specific properties of the soapless emulsion with focus on latex particle morphology, water-resistance, storage stability at ambient or freezing temperature has been carried out. The resultsindicate that the copolymerization of AA and HEMA can improve the water resistance andstorage stability of the copolymer remarkably. Besides, the influence of certain chemicaladditives on the emulsion properties was also studied.
