【Abstract】 Separation of L-phenylalanine from enzymatic reaction mixture by ion-exchange resins was investigated. 001×7resin was the best carrier to separate L-phenylalanine in this system. 0.5% amomomia water used for desorptionand D345 anion exchange resin was used for decoloration.
