【Abstract】 The development of worldwide chlor-alkali industry in 1998 is reviewed. It is analyzed that the worldwide chlor-alkali industry in 1999 would be mostly under the influence of the demands of chlorine and caustic soda respectively. It is also introduced in detail that the import of VCM by China mainland has been increasing yearly. The process of chlor-alkali industry is changing from mercury process and diaphragm process into ion-exchange membrane process.更多还原
